Desert rat by inheritance, I live in the high desert. I'm retired and loving it, a bit of a gardener, love classical orchestra music, not into operatic singing or the idiotic plots but love the music, been on the inky trail (pen paling) since high school. I love hearing about what you do every day, your struggles and triumphs over everyday adversities like getting out of bed, avoiding getting smacked by some driver on the road, not burning dinner, etc. NOT into giving money to strangers though I do donate my handmade quilts to the local battered women's shelter
