I live in the U.S. and am a married, mother of two mostly-grown children, and a caretaker of 12 cats and 3 dogs. My favorite pastime is reading and writing (fiction and poetry.) I've been a puppeteer and a college lecturer (not at the same time). I've lived near New York City, on a farm in Kentucky, in the state of South Carolina, in the U.S. Midwest, and currently out West in Idaho. I spent 3 weeks in China in 2009. I'm currently writing a story based in Norway, and I'd love to "see" and experience Norway through the heart and eyes of those who live there.
