I usually use one hour for singing and listening gospel music, on Sunday is a special day training martial arts though I am not perfect enough for that I am at early stage of training. I always spend two to three hours for reading books Bible is favorite one and some philosophical books. The rest of the time I do make visitation for my church members and my family. That’s all.
