I'm really interested in the cultures of a lot of different countries, and I love to learn about their history, traditional music, food, and languages of course.I study a few different languages. I speak French and Chinese quite well. I have also taught myself Spanish, Persian, and Cantonese, which I'm okay at, and I'm a beginner in Russian and Arabic (specifically Levantine Arabic).I play (not very well) oud, xiao, shakuhachi, Swedish bagpipes, Irish flute, and octave mandolin, so I'm very interested in traditional music!I love reading, especially history and fantasy books.
