Hello all, I'm looking forward to communicating with others around the world. I work in the medical field, have had horses and dogs most of my life, and find nature enthralling. I enjoy hiking, movies, books, music, coffee and an occasional whisky. With my work schedule, I don't find the time or desire to go to social events very much. I'm a down-to-earth realist, leaning toward cynical, who still finds wonder and beauty all around. My hope is to learn about other people and places, and to share ideas and thoughts with my pen pals.
