I'm a quiet, but active individual who enjoys the great outdoors. I get out as much as my time allows. Kayaking, disc golf, fishing and long hikes are my favorites. I also enjoy watching movies, reading and whittling when I need down time. And I LOVE to cook! My mother was an avid letter writer and I write my own children regularly. There is something about the handwritten word that cannot ever be replaced by emails and digital communications. The tangible permanence of ink on paper makes handwritten letters a treasure to be passed down from generation to generation.
