I am an outgoing, happy and contented man - well travelled, particularly my ancestral homelands of Ireland and UK - but with a passionate interest in the wines and food of Europe.In my youth I was a very active sportsperson (cycling, running and sailing) although nowadays I settle for my rowing machine.
