I’m generally a very happy person, comfortable in my own skin and confident in my ability to win people over with my positive outlook. I’ve changed a lot in the past ten years, realising that life is very short and that it’s important to find something to smile about every day – not always easy at the moment with the challenges we’re all facing across the world, but that’s why it’s even more important to pick out the positive. I spend a lot of my time reading and writing, but I also walk every day with my dog, any place that’s green and preferably with water so my girl can take a swim.
