After raiseing 4 adult children and moving around ive been diagnosed with oestoathuritus heart disease liver disease asthma and have suffered from bipolar1 since i was a teenager because my walking and standing are limited and find it hard to meet people socially im on 2 courses at the moment through the doctors gym every friday monday hydrotherapy and im currently on a diet ive 8 grand children rateing from 5months old to 18 years old they are my world i have two cats
