I'm in introvert but at the same time I want to talk to people's and know them, but second person should first initiate the talk in order to start a conversation, because I feel like if people wanna talk to me or not. It doesn't matter who you are I'm not gonna judge you if you are true to me I'll be the good friend, but if you act like a bullshit than I'm sorry I'm not interested for those, you may not be Friend with me.
