I am an IB Diploma student born and raised in the United States! I volunteer for two local animal shelters and I am employed as a swim instructor for young children, a job which I absolutely adore. I have a deep passion for school/academics and desire to be a constant, lifelong learner; I have special interests in humanities of all sorts--literature, linguistics, political science, anthropology, etc--but especially philosophy, a subject for which I have a deep love, and one that I hope to teach someday to the next generation of students. I am also an artist and writer in my free time. (:
