Well-traveled expat Brit that has lived in the U.S. for 25 years seeking to make long-term snail mail and email friends. Many interests from flying a small aircraft to decorating cakes and cookies. As a former journalist, I love all things news, reading and writing, and, particularly, reading contemporary literature. I am always working on fabric and yarn projects, and am fascinated by Japanese crafts, such as shibori and sashiko. Hopefully, I will get to visit Japan in 2025. While I have a great sense of humor, that some would consider quirkily British, I am more of an introvert.
