I come from Cornwall, but now live in Cardiff. I am a civil servant by profession, but a musician at heart. I play the viola, violin, ukulele, mandolin, piano and sing. My favourite author is Terry Pratchett, and I love fantasy books, film and TV in general. I love going to the theatre, especially to see opera and musicals. I am also interested in history. I keep tropical fish; I would love a cat or dog but it wouldn't be fair in my circumstances. Health conditions and finances make it difficult for me to travel, but I enjoy virtual tours online.
