I am a PhD student in Nuclear chemistry/engineering with a particular interest in environmental hazard remediation. I spend my free time gardening, hiking, cooking, and reading sci-fi/fantasy. My favorite author right now is Le Guin, a local to my area famous for her fantasy writing. I've traveled to Japan, Korea, and many Caribbean nations. I'm currently practicing Kendo and working to learn Korean.
