I am a pastry chef that recently moved to the Washington DC area. In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and watching movies/tv shows. Most days during the week I spend most of my day working. I work at a small local bakery where we serve products that are all made from scratch in house. We serve a variety of breads, muffins, brioche, loaf cakes, scones, and cookies. In a typical day I wake up at 3 am to get ready for work. Work starts at 5 and I spend the morning baking off products needed for the day. Afterwards, I begin to scale, mix, and prepare products for the following day.
