I'm a journalist in North Carolina looking to make new connections. I like to play chess, hang out with my daughter and wife Danielle, and do home improvement projects. I also "flip" properties in North Carolina and Tennessee (which means renovate old buildings and sell for a profit). I'm sure you have old buildings in your neighborhood that need renovation, right?
