I am retired and live alone, so I have too much time on my hands. Mostly my world revolves around my grandchildren. I love going to the beach. Lately I’ve been devouring historical fiction books about the resistance movements during WW2. I really admire people who fight back where others give up. Courage, kindness, respect are very important to me. What I really want is to distract myself from the politics here in USA. It is really hard knowing, thinking how close we are to becoming a dictatorship. The Ukrainian fight for democracy inspires me.
