I'm a researcher, author, and university lecturer with a wide range of interests: reading, writing, taking walks, books, literature, photography, the visual arts, post-classical music, architecture, design, minimalism, localism, travel, volunteering, pickleball, painting, and sculpture. I work a lot but when I do have time off I like to go to the movies, volunteer, try new restaurants, and travel locally and abroad.
