I'm a down-to-earth girl who embraces the whole slow living, as the modern peeps call it nowadays. I have been happily married to my husband for 6 years and counting. I got a degree in Earth and Environmental Science, which is a fascinating topic in its own right, but also very broad as it's pretty much a wide range environmental degree. I enjoy a good science talk. Currently, I spend my days homemaking, which involves baking a lot, tending my garden, and pets, learning about canning, preserving, and all that follows. And when I am doing neither of those, I knit or read.
