Just someone who'd like to make slower, more purposeful connections. The deep intention that goes into writing letters is akin to meditation for me. I'm always flitting between hobbies - in a pursuit to experience, enjoy, and make as many kinds of art as I can - but all time favourites include oil painting, hand built pottery, and instant-film photography. Lately, life feels most vivid and precious to me when I am wholly immersed in the present; every sense engaged, sunlight filtering through the window-blinds of daily life. Letter-writing fits into that frame perfectly. :-)
