I’m an architect by profession & an artist by avocation. My ancestry is Lithuanian. I grew up on Long Island. I like meeting people from other countries & cultures. I like movies of all sorts - but not horror, rom-com, fantasy, & super-hero flicks, but there are always exceptions. I read history, philosophy, biography, fiction, & poetry. I listen to the BBC & NPR. I watch TV for movies, news, opinion, & nature. I like chess, backgammon, & card games. Historical board games fascinate me. I love sailboats, bicycling, & Italian culture & cuisine. Seeing a butterfly or a hummingbird brings me joy.
