I am not the most exciting person... I love spending time outdoors going on hikes, going day sailing, and meditating. Most of my interests are related to my career as a psychotherapist, so I spend a lot of my time learning about psychology, philosophy, spirituality, metaphysics, and religion... anything that can help people live their best life. One of my life goals is to take the therapeutic techniques that I have learned and repackage them into a Christian framework. That's about it for me.
