I used to be very outspoken and outgoing something changed, I am now a comfortable, content person. I tell a joke every Wednesday. Try to find a positive piece in my everyday routine. I enjoy rock painting, cooking, baking, nature walks, feeding squirrels and birds, I call them my little friends! Family time is a treasure. Playing games on the computer such as scrabble and slots. TV time is spent watching romance, comedy, crime stories/movies. A good ole fashioned black and white movie or an old time cartoon is always a good thing too! Sitting outside day or night when I can, just relaxing.
