Friendly, curious, and at times a bit absent-minded, yet a good listener when I am not distracted. I have taught for most of my adult life, mostly secondary English, but also history, science, math, some elementary school, lots of music, art, and athletics. There's also been music, playing drums, guitar, and bass, both professionally and as a hobby. The fine arts keep me grounded.I am keen on traveling to Italy within the next year. Of course I'd like to see the sights, but I am mostly interested in what I call "being an Italian" to the best of my ability and resources.
