I am a kind hearted person with a deep love of nature. I am very much into natural health and wellness. I believe our health is our most valuable possession. I stay active mainly with my job but I also enjoy taking walks or hikes and photographs along the way. I also enjoy the unconditional love I receive from my cat family. Lol!
