My main concern is that America remains a tolerant a democracy in an era of frightfully escalating nonsense from the right wing. My chief pleasures are the company of my wife and my adult children, and our cats and dogs. I love playing jazz saxophone with my quartet, and I like to tinker with old cars and motorcycles. I like to read--both fiction and non-fiction, and I am a film buff. I am rather introverted.
