In person I'm pretty quiet...until you get me talking about astronomy! I love taking out my telescope and showing people planets, galaxies...all the wonders of the night sky. I most enjoy being out in nature, especially hiking and photographing, but have enjoyed big city life and culture in the past as well. I've had many careers (professional classical trumpeter, librarian, National Park Ranger) and currently work for a non-profit that supports Capulin Volcano National Monument. The path of life can certainly be unexpected! There's also nothing like curling up with a good book and a hot drink
