I'm a bit of an introvert to be honest, I prefer spending a lot of my time fishing, camping and hiking in the woods with my dog named Thor. An excessively energetic rat terrier. I have been a chef most of my life, my first job being as a dishwasher at 13 and impassionate about trying new foods from around the world and finding the best ingredients. Went through culinary school right after high school. I love to read everything from fiction to nonfiction and autobiographies, so if You enjoy a good book series I'd love to hear about it.
