I’m a stay at home mama of 3. I cook all our meals from scratch and homeschool the two youngest (middle schoolers). I really enjoy cooking and preserving and love hearing how other countries preserve and cook foods. It’s my love language. We are actively creating our dream microfarm on 1.5 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia. In the summer time we like to camp, travel and spend every chance we get near water boating, floating or swimming. Dogs are my spirit animals and I’m now deep diving apothecary and herbal or Appalachian Medicine. I’m also interested in self sufficiency.
