My three main hobbies are learning French, photography, and long-distance sailing. My wife and I have lived on our sailboat, Petronella, for 6 years, sailed the whole coast of the US, the Caribbean, and the east coast of Brazil. A couple years ago, we crossed the Atlantic, and are now spending our summers cruising Northern Europe. I have written and published a book, have read many hundreds of books in my life. I used to work in the airline business and thus travelled extensively, but my favorite country in the world is my new home, France. I am a serious student practicing French every day.
