Hi everyone, I'm Fred from Italy. I love nature and the open spaces, I've been a sailor and a globetrotter, but I recently found some peace in a small mountain village near my hometown. I'm an avid reader and love talking about the state of the world, culture, history, philosophy and spiritual issues. These days I'm also into gardening and hiking.
