I'm doing this with my own personal email as well, because this is extremely fun. However I set this up with my work email for my students. I'm a special needs teacher in an autism room. We learned about community helpers, including mail carriers. My co-worker came up with the idea to attempt to collect mail from each of the United States. We haven't gotten them all yet,we are close. Our students have really been adoring all the mail,& so I thought of a pen pal to help keep things going. We have several students all between nine to twelve. They enjoy swimming, playing outside, movies,& animals.
