Hi all! My name is Avery and I’m Canadian, originally from Calgary but now I spend my time on Vancouver Island. I go to university here and study history and Indigenous Studies- it’s a lot of reading! When I’m not writing a paper a day before it’s due, I love spending time in nature (hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, backpacking, bikepacking, bouldering etc etc), reading, making art from air dry clay, or enjoying one of Canada’s best policies: legal weed. I consider myself a pretty chill and curious person and feel like I’m always picking up new random things to do along the way- like this!
