I am a community nutrition educator and I'm in the process of launching a non-profit organization to support students and teachers by raising funds to ensure that they have the tools to reach their potential. I design t-shirts tote bags mugs and more to raise funds. I hold degrees in culinary arts and nutrition. Over the years I've traveled to Europe and Asia [Japan]. I've taken the time to research the cultures and learn the basics of the languages of the countries visited. Unfortunately, with each language I learn, the new pushes away the old. My next trip will be to China or Nigeria.
