Hi I'm Adam! I'm someone who really likes to write; I usually play with words and metaphors in my head, so it's my most favourite thing to do. (I clearly have a Poetry addiction) Anyways, I'm very passionate about health, and I've been my own nutritionist, podiatrist, and (kinda) orthopaedist! I also do a bit of singing.
