I am almost a complete empty-nester, with one kid in college and another soon to start. I work full-time for a large university, though my background and passion are in filmmaking. Over the last couple years, as my kids have become more self-sufficient, I have started working on personal film projects again. On a personal level, I love cinema, books, music, and other forms of art. I have been an atheist since 2021, and a vegetarian since 2001, interspersed with periods of veganism, which I am trying to get back to. I had a penpal from Australia when I was in grade school.
