Hi there! I love love love food and cooking, but also how food can help us learn about other cultures. I am active in politics, working hard to preserve democracy here in the U.S. despite the current administration's attempt to destroy it. I am embarrassed by the changes in U.S. policy since "he" came into office. I'm biracial, 1/2 Italian American & 1/2 Guatemalan. I love to read about WWII, especially about women's role in defeating fascism etc. I cook A LOT and would love to exchange recipes!
