I am a gentle, sensitive and spiritually awakened soul, highly creative and in life for the deep dive, finding meaning in EVERYTHING. I am about creating beauty in this world, shining my light, and singing healing energies to all of creation. I connect with other realms, work with angels and ancestors to both live and do my work in the world. I consider myself to be a healing facilitator, using music, movement, sounding with the voice and expressive arts to help myself and others do the inner healing work we all need to become whole. I am deeply connected to the natural world.
