I am a happy woman who enjoys working in our family garden, cooking for my family and tending to my chickens on our farm. I used to have more animals on our farm but a little over a year ago I had battle with lung cancer. Fortunately after removing the bottom 1/3 of my right lung I was cancer free but recovery was difficult for about 6 months. Since then I have had to learn how to adjust to my limitations. My garden and chickens keep me as busy as I can take. My husband and I have four grown children and seven grandchildren scattered as far west as Austin,Texas and East to Pensacola,FL
