Especially The Sims 4 and Stardew Valley, where I can escape into my own world. Music means a lot to me and helps me process emotions. I also love going for walks to clear my mind. Most of the time, I’m with my boyfriend or close friends, but I really enjoy being alone too. It helps me recharge and feel balanced.
