I'm a mom of an energetic 1 year old boy, wife of a wonderful hard-working husband, and lifetime lover of writing. Despite my life of keeping up with my son, I'm trying to read a book a week, work on home-improvement projects in our new home, homesteading/gardening projects on our property, and pursue creative projects such as book-writing and some crafts. I cook from scratch as often as possible for the health and wellness of my little family, but that doesn't mean I don't pick up a pizza for ease often enough!
