It is not really a tradition, but rather something most young people like to do. We go outside without our coats and try to pose one after the other, while we freeze and laugh about the weather.

I found my rabbit Mackey outside one day eating my mom’s plants. I tried my best to find the owner of this cute little guy but never did. So I ended up keeping him! He is now a part of my family!

Watching the wide open skies here from sunrise to sunset. Me and my family are always watching the amazing skylines we are blessed to see. It is worth the trip to Saskatchewan to see it.

Since the time I was born, my family has developed our “Sunday family dinner” tradition where we gather at my grandmothers house every Sunday, play cards, play outside, and watch movies.

My Angle garden. I love to garden with the bright colours of flowers. It is nice after 6 months of winter. Where the weather could go down to minus 30 degrees. Horrible long winters.

Camping is very popular in my part of the country. I even worked at a campground while I was pregnant (best job ever!), and I love to go camping with my husband, baby and dog.

Every Halloween, people go to cemetery and spend the night there. Filipino's would even prepare a delicious meal to bring during their overnight stay along with their tents.

It’s never too cold for ice cream, even when the Canadian weather gets deep into the negatives and the world becomes monochromatic shades of blues and white.
