I had an interesting life a long time ago. I lived in Rome for two years. I learned some ancient languages, philosophy, theology, and Italian. My exposure to the world beyond my borders changed my life. In many ways, I don't know what to make of much of anything. I find that what we think we know isn't altogether that much. "All I know is that I know nothing" (Socrates). That's hard to swallow, but important to recognize, I think. I enjoy those topics I mentioned above. That's me now.
