Hi, I'm a quiet, reflective, kind person with main interests in history (twentieth century generally and also British, European and American), politics (interested in, not dogmatic or a 'believer'!), football/soccer, especially my favourite team in England, literature (trying to read more novels now than history so adapting via reading historical fiction!), dogs (my wife and I have two rescue dogs whom we organise our lives around!), travel, both in the UK and abroad, going out for coffee, other sports & listening to a variety of podcasts. I work full-time in mental health/employment services.
