Hello, I am a bookseller who specializes in children's literature. I am also a writer of short fiction who handwrites all her first drafts. I believe strongly in the powers of fiction, poetry, and literature to help us understand the world and our place within in, learn about people and cultures unlike ourselves, and grow empathy and compassion.
