Hello. My name is Michael and I am a retired English teacher. I study foreign languages as a hobby and I used to write plays and novels with a spiritual bent. My favourite subject at school was geography and I like travelling. I am a generally happy person who likes meeting people from other countries. People say I am very friendly but I don't seem to have an awful lot of friends but I cherish the friends I have. I think I have had a very lucky life and I am not interested in money. I would like to correspond in both English and other languages - I have studied over 47 languages.
