I have a bachelors degree in Anthropology which is why I am a chef. Thats the joke. Nobody cares if you have a degree in anthropology. LOL. As a chef anthropologist I find food culture to be fascinating. I could talk your ear off about food. I am a renaissance man. I know a little about a lot.
