Hi, I’m Laura — a Cornish soul living in the South West of England, enjoying the sea breeze, wild landscapes, and the purring companionship of my two cats, Winnie (named after the formidable Winnie Mandela) and Polly. I work in the special educational needs sector, where I’m passionate about inclusion, accessibility, and the power of education to open up opportunity. Outside of work, I find joy in the slow, grounding things: cooking fragrant dishes from North Africa, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean; I’m also never far from a coffee and a good book.
